Nicola Elliott founded Single Variety Co! The team are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything ourselves in our little jam factory in Bristol.

They source the best fruit and chillies we can find and then pack each jar full of it using much less sugar than traditional jams - with a ‘heat range’ across the flavours these are perfect for any palate.

Peter’s Yard Sourdough Crackers

Billy loves these crackers not only for their taste but also for their Swedish history. Creator Peter Ljungquist turned away from using commercial yeast and returned to slower, more rewarding sourdough baking techniques something we rcognise in our own traditions.

Their range is now made in his artisan bakery in the UK, following the original Swedish recipe. Most importantly, everything begins with their 45-year-old sourdough starter, fermented for 16 hours – crafted in small batches without shortcuts or artificial ingredients for award-winning flavour and crunch.

The Fine Cheese Company Toasts

Billy loves these thin, light and crisp cheese toasts to accompany our cheeses - choose from a selection of flavours, with gluten free options available too..

Uniquely studded with fruits, nuts and seeds, these sliced toasts are a sensation.

Made with buttermilk, extra-virgin olive oil and natural ingredinets - inlcluding up to 55% fruits, nuts and seeds. Each Toast for Cheese is baked twice like biscotti, making it thin, light and crisp the perfect addition to any cheeseboard.
