Our Milk, Season by Season

At our farms milk isn’t just milk, it changes naturally with the seasons and that’s why we proudly offer Winter Milk and Summer Milk, each reflecting the care, feed, grass and environment of our cows throughout the year which in turn impacts the flavour of the cheese that we produce.
