A taste worth travelling for ..

We were delighted to welcome from the USA, Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt and his son, Houston, to the Colston Bassett Dairy today. They enjoyed a tour of the dairy with our Head Cheesemaker Billy Kevan to see first-hand how our Stilton and Shropshire Blue are made.

Kevin is already a fan of blue cheese, while Houston was introduced to our cheeses for the first time. It was such a pleasure to share a little of what we do, and we hope they enjoyed their time at the dairy.
